Daniel W. Kosterman, 85, Lake Geneva, died July 20, 2014, at Lakeland Healthcare Center, Elkhorn.
He was born June 14, 1929, in Racine, to the late Arthur and Elizabeth Shibilsky Kosterman.
He married Jeanne Tenhagen April 19, 1952. She preceded him in death March 4, 2008.
He was a member of St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church, active in the Lake Geneva food pantry for over six years, and on the Bloomfield-Genoa City Fire Commission.
He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1948-1952.
Survivors include his sons, Michael (Lynn) Kosterman, Eau Claire, Dennis Kosterman, Madison; grandchildren, Kristopher, Angela, Robert; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Zibley, St. Paul, Minn.; brothers, Fr. Richard Kosterman, Antigo, LeRoy (Carol) Kosterman, Berlin.
He was further preceded in death by his son, Patrick Kosterman; sister, Kathreen Kosterman; brothers, Robert, David, Eugene Kosterman.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, Aug. 1, at 11 a.m., at St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church with Fr. James Schuerman officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation is one hour prior to services at church.
Memorials in Daniel’s name can be made to the Lake Geneva food pantry.
