Rosemary Isabella Hoffmann, 82, Waterford, died peacefully July 23, 2014, surrounded by her family. She was born May 30, 1932, to the late Urban and Margaret (Goertz) Zeck from Milwaukee.
She married the love of her life Edward Hoffmann, May 21, 1948, in Waukegan. The couple spent the last 40 years together selling and buying antiques.
Survivors include her husband; children, Edward Michael (Sandra) Hoffmann, Waterford, and Carol Fettes, Burlington; grandchildren, Jason (Mody) Dahl and Roxanne (Robert) Dercola; great-grandchildren, Lucas and Harrison Dahl, Madelyn Rose Hoffmann, Jason (Vivian) Lile; adoring great-great-grandchild, Damien Lile.
She was further preceded in death by her sister, June Nack.
There will be a celebration of Rosemary’s life at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 305 First St., Waterford, on Saturday, Aug. 2. The visitation is from 10-11 a.m., followed by an 11 a.m. Mass.
