Charges expected after smokeshop search

City of Burlington Police Chief Peter Nimmer confirmed Thursday that charges are expected after a search warrant was executed at Up in Smoke in Burlington Wednesday.

Nimmer expected multiple charges, and said that two people were in Racine County Jail following the search. The State of Wisconsin, Department of Revenue, Special Agent, Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement was also involved in the search.

Thank you burlington police for seeing to it that evidence was planted against those guys..you’ve done nothing but harass those men since day one..you’ve raided them 3 or 4 times and got nothing, now all of a sudden they’re breaking the law?
