Dolores M. (Wrobleski) Boyum, 87, Waterford, died peacefully Sept. 10, 2014, with her family by her side at The Cottages Assisted Living in Shawano. She was born in Greenbush, Minn., on Feb. 13, 1927.
On March 17, 1950, she married Philip C. Boyum in Milwaukee. In her early life she worked at Globe Union and later at Sta-Rite for many years. She loved her family very much and she enjoyed gardening.
Survivors include her children, Christine (Danny) Ready, Shawano, and Kenny (Marie) Boyum, Waterford; grandchildren, Tracy Young, Shawn (Denise) Ready and Kyle Ready; great-grandchildren, Jeanna, Kyle, Andy, Jace, Jersy, Marty, Taylor and Blake; sister, Mildred (Russell) Boneck; other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sisters, Helen and Janet.
A memorial gathering will is Saturday, Sept. 20, from 10 a.m. to noon at Mealy Funeral Home, 225 W. Main St., Waterford.
