Helen Margaret Mathews, 61, Burlington, died Nov. 12, 2014, at Aurora Memorial Hospital of Burlington. She was born on March 28, 1953, in Wisconsin, to R. Duane and Margaret Perry.
She married Lee Earl Mathews in November 1974. He preceded her in death on April 14. 2012.
She was Registered Nurse at various hospitals in Southeastern Wisconsin for Aurora. She was a member of Calvary Community Church. She was very active in online gaming communities, various community programs, and loved her cat, Squeakers.
Survivors include her children, Luke (Michelle) Mathews, Massachusetts, and Peter Mathews, Burlington; grandchild, Alexander Mathews; her father, Williams Bay; siblings, Ray D. (Chris) Perry, Green Bay, Anne Schueltz, Wilton, Laura (Scott) Boniface, Ohio; nieces; nephews; and gaming and online friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her mother, and brother-in-law, Lindy Schuetlz.
The family will hold a private memorial service. Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory of Twin Lakes, is assisting the family.
