James E. Moen, 66, Union Grove, died March 18, 2015, at Oak Ridge Care Center. He was born Nov. 5, 1948, to the late LaVern and Hope (Fritz) Moen in Burlington.
His early life was spent in Burlington where he graduated from Burlington High School. Following high school he graduated from Whitewater with his accounting degree.
He was formerly employed by Gordon Meyer Co., and Korndoffer Corp., as an accountant.
As a child, he loved collecting butterflies. He enjoyed being outside working in the yard, loved to cook and spend time in the kitchen, but was known for always being on the computer.
Survivors include his siblings, Marjorie (Bud) Agner, Marilyn (Larry) Fay, John (Carlyn) Moen; 10 nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home & Crematory, Burlington, served the family.
