Easter Lily      Jason S.M.Volbrecht, 42, Burlington, died unexpectedly April 21, 2015, at Mercy Hospital, Janesville.

He was born in Burlington on Dec. 21, 1972, to Terry and Darlene (Menge) Volbrecht. He spent his early life in Burlington and Lake Geneva, graduating from Badger High School.

His plans were to marry his sweetheart, Chrissy Dedick, on May 5, 2015, and the two of them were very excited about the upcoming birth of their child. Jason worked in the construction field building homes and he attended Grace Community Church. He loved his two puppies and working on restoring his Monte Carlo.

Survivors include his longtime sweetheart, Chrissy and their unborn child; his parents; his grandmother, June (Young) Volbrecht; his sister, Destine (Wayne) Rubach; nephews, Bodie and Gage Rubach; many friends and relatives.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Wendolyn Volbrecht and Louis and June (Wallace) Menge.

Memorials to the family would be appreciated for the support of Chrissy and their unborn child.

The family would like to thank the staff at Mercy Medical and Trauma Center in Janesville, especially the doctors and nurses in ICU, for their wonderful care and compassion.

Services for Jason are Friday, April 24, at 5 p.m., at Faith Chapel with the Rev. Kenny Volbrecht officiating. Visitation is at the church April 24, from 3-5 p.m. Burial will be private. Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home & Crematory, Burlington.
