Chad E. Boulden, 38, Burlington, died April 25, 2015, in Winter, Wis. He was born in Burlington on Sept. 14, 1976, to Donald and Virginia (Meyer) Boulden. He attended schools in Burlington, graduating from Burlington High School.
He was a gifted craftsman with DM Ketterhagen for 18 years. He loved fishing, especially for muskies and blue gills and hunting of any kind. He enjoyed spending time with his friends, playing cards or going morel mushroom hunting. He loved all outdoor activities and was always one to help out anyone who needed help with some project or another. He was a great cook and loved his hot, spicy food.
Survivors include his mother; sisters, Kim (Todd) Hardesty, Jacqueline (David) Morrow, Michelle Boulden; nieces and nephews, Megan Morrow (fiancé Joseph Rasmusson), Dale Morrow, Richard Jones, Louie Hardesty, Sammy Hardesty; special friends, Pete Gaal, Mike Olson, Mike Huff, Paul Newbury, Jeremy Bousman, Rod Miethke, Tim Bednarek, Darin McDonough; aunts; uncles; and many cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father in 1994.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family have been suggested.
Services are Friday, May 1, at 6 p.m., at Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home, 625 Browns Lake Drive, Burlington. The Rev. Scott Carson will officiate. Visitation will be at the funeral home on May 1, from 2-6:00 p.m.
