Clyde Gerald Reske, 72, Racine, died June 27, 2015, at Wheaton Franciscan Health Center, Racine. He was born Aug. 29, 1942, to the late Joseph and June (Hertensteiner) Reske in Beaver Dam.
His early life was spent in Union Grove where he graduated from Union Grove High School. In January of 1969 he married the late Karen Slechta in Racine. Following their marriage they resided in Racine.
He was previously employed by American Roller Manufacturer, where worked for 35 years. He enjoyed traveling and was an avid NASCAR fan. He loved following sports, especially football, baseball and was a stockholder in the Green Bay Packers.
Survivors include his brothers-in-law, Jamie Slechta and Joe (Joanne) Slechta; nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends.
He was further preceded in death by his brother Phil; sister-in-law, Marcie; and brothers-in-law, Tim and Steve.
A memorial service is Thursday, July 2, at 2 p.m., at the Polnasek-Daniels Funeral Home, 908 11th Ave., Union Grove. Relatives and friends may visit with the family from 1-2 p.m., at the funeral home.
