ROBERT PRINGLE

Easter Lily      Robert Pringle, 61, formerly Burlington, died Sept. 16, at St. Luke’s Medical Center, Milwaukee. He was born Dec. 24, 1953, to Thomas Pringle and Barbara (Bishop) Nelson in Milwaukee. His early life was spent in West Allis. He attended St. Charles Grade School and was a 1972 graduate of Burlington High School. He spent most of his life in Burlington, but most recently resided in Kenosha.

He was a Master Mason in Burlington Lodge 28 and an advisor of the Sir Galahad Chapter Order of DeMolay. He was an avid Wisconsin sports fan, following the Packers, Madison Badgers, Bucks and Brewers. Previously he was a Scout leader and coached Little League in Burlington. Bob had many friends. He was a social butterfly and would lend a hand to anyone in need. He was very involved in Burlington ChocolateFest when it first evolved and the BSD radio station when it first started.

Survivors include his parents; children, Ryan (Kara) Pringle and Ross (Megan) Pringle; grandchild, Ayden Pringle; siblings, Nancy (Doug) Faulkner, Patricia (Ron) Heitkemper, Michael Pringle; step- siblings, Ruth (Mark) Schenning, David (Mary) Hickethier, John (Kim) Hickethier, Sara Hickethier; many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his sisters, Susan and Judy Pringle.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the nurses and staff at the Neuro ICU at St. Luke’s and to Dr. Malik Bandealy, from the Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic in Kenosha, for their care and compassion.

Memorials have been suggested to the family or the American Cancer Society.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, Oct. 3, at 11 a.m., at St. Charles Catholic Church with the Rev. Yamid Blanco officiating. Burial will follow in St. Charles Cemetery. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Friday, Oct. 2, from 4-7 p.m., at Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home, 625 S. Browns Lake Drive. Burlington. A Masonic service will take place Friday at 7 p.m., at the funeral home.
