Julie Ann Biersack (Pliska) 46, Waterford, took part of our hearts and went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Feb. 9, 2016.
She was born on Jan. 27, 1970, in Milwaukee to Theresa and the late Ronald Pliska.
She attended and graduated from Waterford High School. After high school she met and married the love of her life, Michael Biersack. They both had a special love of horses and decided to get married on horseback, later having their marriage blessed at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in East Troy, on Dec. 21, 1992. During her marriage she furthered her education and became a registered nurse.
They were blessed with a beautiful daughter, Jenna.
Survivors include her husband; her daughter, Jenna; mother, Theresa Pliska; brothers, Dean and Patrick (all from Waterford); niece, Brooke Pliska; mother-in-law, Beth; father-in-law, Herbert; sisters-in-law, Mary, Deborah, Catherine (Jim) and Rebecca (Gary); brothers-in-law, John (Cherie), Joe, and Bob (Laurie); aunts; uncles; nieces; nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, and an infant daughter, Miranda.
She will be greatly missed by all, especially by her four legged friends, Tinker and Megan.
Visitation is Monday, Feb. 15, from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m., with a Mass of Christian burial starting at 12:30 p.m., at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, 1975 Beulah Ave., East Troy. Burial will follow Mass in St. Peter’s Cemetery, East Troy.
In lieu of floral expressions of sympathy, memorials made to the family would be appreciated. Mealy Funeral Home, Waterford, is serving the family.
