Terrill ‘Terri’ A. Smith, 63, died April 20, 2016, at home with her family by her side. She was born in Kenosha on Sept. 4, 1952, to the late Floyd and Doris (Bosanec) Miller.
She was employed by St. Gobain Containers (Verallia) for 37 years, retiring in 2010. She served as president of the Pink Paddling Power and enjoyed dragon boat racing. Her pastimes included reading, playing pickle ball, and crafts making beautiful garden art and weaving projects. More than anything she cherished time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She will be dearly missed by her husband, Willie Smith; children, Jennifer Stone, Racine, Nicholas (Jen) Stone, Delavan; stepchildren, Terry Howell, Jerry Howell, Sheila Edwards, Yvonne Howell, Pam McCarey, Doris Ann Smith, Greg Smith, Lisa Reed, Sheila Simon; grandchildren, Madison, Kaydence, and Leigha; brothers, Brian Miller, Dean (Ruth) Miller, Jerry (Pam) Miller, Randy (Marsha) Miller, Perry (Dagney) Miller, Jason Miller; sister-in-law, Jackie Miller; stepbrother, Michael (Linda) Lange; stepsister, Sue Lange; step-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many dear friends.
She was further preceded in death by her stepfather, Roy Lange; and brother, Les Miller.
Funeral services are Friday, April 29, at 11 a.m., at Maresh-Meredith and Acklam Funeral Home, 803 Main St., Racine. Relatives and friends may meet with the family Friday at the funeral home from 9:30 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m.
