Sherry Lynn Butler, 64, Lyons, died July 7, 2016, at her residence. She was born Sept. 1, 1951, to Allen Eppers and Carol (King) Wagner in Milwaukee. She was raised in Brighton by Jeddy and Carol Wagner where she went to grade school. She attended both Central High School graduating from St. Mary’s High School.
On Feb. 2, 1991, she married Patrick G. Butler. He preceded her in death on March 12, 2014.
They resided in Arizona for a short time, before returning to Lyons. Sherry worked as a bartender and cook at various bars and restaurants throughout the Burlington area. She loved riding their Harley Davidson with Pat and thoroughly enjoyed listening to her Rock ‘n Roll music. She loved spending time with her family, friends and her dog Frankie.
Survivors include her children, Dave Kuhart Jr., Mike (Nicole) Chambers, Josh (Sabrina) Martin; stepson, Steve McCarthy; grandchildren, Madeline, Max, Jed and Jax; her mother; siblings, Toni (Steve) McCarthy, Joy (Jimmie) Wagner, Lisa (Jay) Sorenson, Andrew Wagner and Jodie (Jason) Hammock; mother and father–in-law, Carmella and Charles Taylor; other relatives and many friends.
She was further preceded in death by her fathers, Allen Eppers and Joseph Wagner; brother, Tim Wagner, and sister, Patrice Glas.
A Celebration of Life will be celebrated Saturday, July 16, from noon to 3 p.m., at Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home, 625 Browns Lake Drive, Burlington.
