Lt. COL. RICHARD W. NEWBURY

Easter LilyLt. Col. Richard Wallace ‘Dick’ Newbury, USAF (Ret.) 84, left our world and joined his beloved wife on July 14, 2016. He was born June 14, 1932, in Burlington, to the late Ralph Lewis and Rhoda Agner Newbury.
