Raymond R. Tillman, 78, formerly Burlington, died Nov. 23, 2016, at his home. He was born Oct. 13, 1938, in Antigo, to the late Edwin and Goldie (Now) Tillman. He spent his early life in Antigo and Three Lakes where he attended school.
He married Doris Nowak in Chippewa Falls on June 25, 1960. They lived in Chippewa Falls and Rhinelander before moving to Burlington in 1967.
He worked as an operating engineer for the Operating Engineers Local Union 139. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed sports, hunting and fishing and always looked forward to spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife; children, Steve (Lisa) Tillman, Green Bay, Rich Tillman, Chicago, Jackie (Torrance) Donald, Racine; 10 grandchildren; siblings, Lois (Dave) Hibbard, John (Carol) Tillman, Terry (Sherry) Tillman, Charlie (Patricia) Tillman.
He was further preceded in death by his son, Cory Tillman; sister, Marilyn (Carl) Lang; brother, Duane (Joyce) Tillman.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Parkinson Foundation.

A memorial service is Saturday, Dec. 3, at 2 p.m., at Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home, 625 Browns Lake Drive, Burlington. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends is Dec. 3, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., at the funeral home.
