George M. Ledin, 82, Burlington, died May 2, 2017, at his home. He was born Oct. 16, 1934, in Washburn, to the late Fred L. and Alty M. (McCulloch) Ledin. He spent most of his life in Burlington.
On Jan. 29, 1993, he married Joyce. She preceded him in death on Nov. 19, 2016.
He worked for American Motors as an assembly line worker. He loved his Packers, playing the guitar and singing, especially the “Auctioneer Song.”
Survivors include his children, George Ledin Jr., Kathryn Ledin, Susan (Dale) Ledin, Carolyn (Cecil) Monteith, Dawn Gendrich and Debbie Lange; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his sisters, Lavern, Evelyn and June.
He was further preceded in death by his wife, and brother, David.
The family would like to thank his daughter, Dawn for all her love and devotion to caring for George.
No services were held. Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home & Crematory, Burlington, served the family.
