The burning question for motorists traveling near Fox River Plaza is what construction crews are building on the site of former Heavenly Cup Coffee kiosk at 1054 Milwaukee Ave.
On Tuesday, City of Burlington officials had an answer – confirming that a long-rumored Starbucks would locate at the site.
As for Tuesday’s election, the City of Burlington’s fourth aldermanic district was the lone contested race, which saw incumbent Todd Bauman secure another term.
The Town of Burlington, meanwhile, had an advisory referendum on whether the town should continue to explore becoming a village. But, residents voted no on incorporation.
