Bieber fever!

Chloe Applegate, 9, Waterford, joins other preteen girls as they all do their nails in shades of purple and silver using authentic Justin Bieber nail polish during the Waterford Library’s Bieber Extravaganza recently.  The kids also enjoyed snacks, music, a trivia game and Bieber’s “Never Say Never” movie. “I learned a lot about Justin and had a real fun time,” said Chloe.
