But the Burlington High School girls volleyball team weathered the storm pretty well at the Thomas More Joust Friday and Saturday, finishing tied for third in the prestigious early-season meet.

| Seniors finish career at state track meet |
After Ellie Grandi's state title in the girls high jump, the rest of the Burlington track and field team had a quieter appearance at the WIAA state meet.
Senior Stefanie Weber finished her high school career with a ninth-place finish in the pole vault. Weber tied for fourth in height cleared (10'6"), but had more misses at lower heights and so dropped down to ninth.
