From Spooky City to trick or treating, you’ll find it here
The 23rd annual Spooky City – a Burlington tradition – offers a full day of Halloween-themed activities for children and adults on Saturday.
In addition to safe trick-or-treating at participating businesses in downtown Burlington, a costume parade and hayrides for children and families, this year’s event features a live rock n’ roll show for kids as well as an interactive showing of the movie “Ghostbusters,” live music by the Greg Brady Experience and a midnight showing of “The Rocky Horror Picture Show” at the Plaza Theater.
The family-friendly interactive 1 p.m. showing of “Ghostbusters” features extra surprises. Discounted tickets for the event are $5 each with proceeds going to the Catholic Central High School Prom.
