The Burlington Standard Press will host a public forum for candidates in the April 1 election for the Burlington Area School District Board of Education.
The forum is set for Wednesday, March 19, at 7 p.m. at Veterans Terrace, 589 Milwaukee Avenue. The newspaper has partnered with WIN Media of Burlington to provide a webcast of the forum.
The forum will follow the familiar format developed by the League of Women Voters in which a series of questions are posed to the participants and they are each given an opportunity to respond and, if desire, rebut the responses of others. The candidates will also be allowed to make opening and closing statements.

WeVote Burlington will hold its candidate forum on Tuesday, March 11 at 7 p.m. at the BHS auditorium. All six candidates have been invited.
