The Burlington branch of North Star Bank was recently honored as the Branch of the Year for the bank’s south region.
Burlington Branch Manager Brian Bozek was also named the region’s Branch Manager of the Year, according to a press release sent out Monday.
Susan Doyle, senior vice presidents for North Shore, said the Burlington branch delivered a strong performance in all areas that were evaluated, as well as earning high customer service scores.
“North Shore Bank has an extraordinary team at its Burlington branch, and we are thrilled to recognize them with this award,” Doyle said. “This enthusiastic and friendly team demonstrates the high-touch service and banking expertise that makes North Shore Bank one of the country’s strongest financial institutions.”
The Burlington branch staff includes assistant branch manager Barbara Blazina, personal banker Kristina Roberts and tellers April Keel and Jayme Oatsvall.
Bozek, who lives in Kenosha, has been with North Shore for two years and was recently promoted to district manager.
