U.S. Rep. Paul Ryan speaks to members of the Burlington Rotary Club Monday afternoon at Veterans Terrace. The Republican from Janesville warned that the country is headed toward a debt crisis, but expressed optimism that it could be avoided if Washington can reform the tax code and health care, among other initiatives.
