The annual Ice Cream Ride to benefit ALS will take place Sunday starting at 11 a.m.
Registration is from 11 a.m. to noon at the Town of Burlington Town Hall, 32288 Bushnell Road, Burlington. The ride begins at noon.
There are four different stops on the ride: Gus’s Drive-In, 3131 Main Street, East Troy; Georgie Porgie’s, 9555 S. Howell, Oak Creek; DQ Grill & Chill, 1600 15th Avenue, Union Grove; and the Cotton Exchange, 345 Hickory Hollow, Waterford.
Cost is $25 per vehicle and $5 per passenger. The benefit that follows at the Cotton Exchange features a spaghetti dinner. The dinner is included in the ride registration. For the benefit only, which opens at 4 p.m., it is $10 for adults, $5 for children and ages 5 and under are free.
There will be silent auctions and raffles at the benefit.
One hundred percent of the proceeds will go to the ALS Association, Wisconsin Chapter. For more information, contact Deb Heinzelman at (262) 210-2568.
