North Cape Lutheran Church, 2644 124th St., Franksville, will hold its rally day Sunday, Sept. 8, at 10:30 a.m. The sanctuary will be filled with balloons and streamers to be made to look like a child’s birthday party. All kids in attendance will be given noisemakers to come running in with and there will be many other surprises.
Explaining the theme, Director of Youth and Family Ministry, Jonathan Barker said, “The reading that day in church is about how heaven is like a giant party where all are welcome. We wanted to create that festive atmosphere and welcome everyone who comes.”
