After more than an hour of debate Monday night between business owners, the Village Planning Commission voted to amend the conditional use permit held by the R&R Club in downtown Union Grove.
As a result, each week the R&R outdoor patio can be open until midnight some evenings through October.

The amendment to the conditional use permit approved Monday night extends the use of the R&R outdoor patio on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays until midnight.
