All are invited to attend the Union Grove Tree Lighting Ceremony being held Thursday, Dec. 5, at 5:30 p.m., at Village Square Park.
Families can enjoy refreshments and a chance to go home with one of two baskets full of gift items and certificates donated by area businesses.
Everyone will be awaiting the arrival of Santa Claus and his elf on the fire engine bringing stockings for all children 11 and under.
Music at the Tree Lighting Ceremony and downtown during the month while you are shopping has been sponsored by Community State Bank, Miller Reesman Funeral Home, Polnasek Daniels Funeral Home and Ozzie Seal & Stripe.
Remember local businesses when shopping this holiday season – 43 cents of every dollar spent locally stays local.
