Help for Racine County people seeking home energy assistance is available by appointment in Union Grove at Graham Library, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., on the second Tuesday of each month through March (Nov. 11, Dec. 9, Jan. 13, Feb. 10, March 10).
Applicants must bring in their most recent energy bill, Social Security cards for all household members, photo ID and written proof of the household’s gross income for the three months prior to application.
