Union Grove Union High School held its eighth Bronco Hall of Fame induction ceremony Friday, Oct. 3, on Bronco Field, prior to the high school’s football game against Elkhorn.
This year’s recipients are Lowell Holloway, Class of 1951; Jack Spencer, Class of 1967; W. Steve McClelland, Class of 1974; Frank Lamping, Class of 1974; John Nichols, Class of 1977; and Andrea (Nilsen) Luburich, Class of 1996.
The purpose of the Bronco Hall of Fame is to honor and recognize Union Grove Union High School alumni who have distinguished themselves in various fields during or after high school, exceptional teachers, coaches, or administrators and those who have given meritorious service and are or have been a loyal friend to UGUHS.
Alumni nominees must be a minimum of 10 years out of high school.
Information regarding Hall of Fame qualifications, the selection process and nomination forms are available on the school website at www.ug.k12.wi.us.
Nominations for next year will be accepted through April 2015.
