Wisconsin Independent Learning College (WILC) will hold its second gala on Friday, Nov.1, at the Cotton Exchange in Waterford.
WILC is a non- profit college based in downtown Waterford founded in 2012. It is the only autism – specific college in Wisconsin. The gala serves as the main fundraising event for the college.
This year’s theme is ‘Off to the Races.’
