A vote count conducted Wednesday morning by Waterford Graded School District officials determined candidate Tom Hoffman (320 votes) to be the top votegetter and Jordan Karweik (171 votes) as second, in the Feb. 18 primary election.
Hoffman and Karweik now advance to the April 1 spring election, vying for a board position currently held by Paul Beyerl, who is not seeking re-election.
The name of candidate Dan Bowser (59 votes), who came in third, will not be on the April 1 ballot.
Results of the election were not available until late Wednesday morning. For the full story, see Friday’s print edition of the Waterford Post.

Hi Bob, I am happy to see that there are interested people in our community that are paying attention. With that said, I will encourage you to visit my website and Tom’s website to see what our differences are. I can assure you, I am a conservative and I do not want to take more money out of hard working taxpayers hands.
I would be happy to sit down and meet with you to see what your concerns are.
Thank you,
Jordan Karweik

Actually, Jordan Karweik does. Look at his website and facebook page. He’s far more conservative that Hoffman is. Hoffmans wife signed the recall!
