UPDATE: Third now charged with felony child sexual assault in Waterford

A 21-year-old man and two Waterford-area teens have been charged with child sexual assaults police say occurred at an underage drinking party held Feb. 13 in the Village of Waterford.

Stone Hudson, 21, Waterford, was charged Feb. 20 with second-degree sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl. He also faces five misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of a child, as a repeater.

Nicholas D. Colburn, 17, Waterford, was charged Feb. 19 with first-degree sexual assault of a 12-year-old girl; Michael J. Schleicher, 17, Rochester, was charged Feb. 19 with repeated sexual assault (at least three violations of first -or second-degree sexual assault) of a second 13-year-old girl.

According to the criminal complaints filed in Racine County Circuit Court, Colburn sent a 13-year-old girl a Facebook message inviting her and friends to a Feb. 13 party at his residence on South River Road, Waterford. The 13-year-old said she fabricated a story to her mother about sleeping over at a friend’s house in order to attend Colburn’s party; she and the two friends, ages 12 and 13, arrived at the party and were told, according to the complaint, they’d have to down a vodka concoction in order to stay. Hudson brought vodka, marijuana, Adderall, oxycodone, Xanax and Ambien to the party, according to the complaint’s report of Colburn’s statement. Hudson, when interviewed by county investigators, admitted to purchasing the liquor served at the party and supplying Colburn with marijuana, according to the complaint.
