A Halloween Carnival featuring games with prizes, a magic show, Halloween carolers and food is slated for Saturday, Oct. 30, at Village Hall Park in Waterford. The event runs from 2 to 9 p.m. at the park.
Special activities include the Fox River Canal Swamp Maze in the basement of Village Hall.
