Wayne A. Fell, 77, Naples, Fla., formerly Burlington, died Nov. 19, 2011, from complications of heart disease.
A U.S. Army veteran, he served in Korea and was honorably discharged in 1962.
He worked in the lumber business for more than 50 years where he enjoyed working with contractors, homeowners and the weekend handyman.
He was a member of Burlington Volunteer Fire Dept. and Burlington Lions Club.
Survivors include his son, John Fell; daughter-in-law, Sandy Fell; granddaughter, Connie Fell; brothers, Darrell, Donald and Gene and their families; sister-in-law, Ginger Godley; nieces; nephews; cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Jane, sweethearts since kindergarten; and his infant son, Jeffrey.
A memorial service is being planning in spring 2012 in Burlington. Fuller Funeral Home, Naples, assisted the family.
