Alli Grace Thieme, 17 months, passed away at Ministry Saint Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield on Sunday evening, Oct. 28, 2012, with her loving parents and family at her bedside.
She was born May 14, 2011, in Marshfield to John Thieme and Libby Davis of Stratford. Alli shined brightly and brought so much joy to her parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles and to the world in general.
Alli is lovingly survived by her parents John and Libby; her maternal grandmother, Nancy Davis of Marshfield; her paternal grandparents, Roger A. and Julie Thieme of Colby; her paternal great-grandparents, Raymond and Irma Hackel of Abbotsford; and aunts and uncles, Nathan (Beth) Thieme, Joe (Lisa) Thieme, Roger M. Thieme, Valerie Davis, Scott Davis, Billy Davis, and the family companion, their dog “Duke” along with many other relatives and friends.
Alli was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Bill Davis, Sr.; her uncle Scotty; both her maternal great-grandparents, Roy and Margaret Wiedrich, Lester and Alice Davis.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., on Saturday, Nov. 3, at Life Tributes Funeral Home in Spencer. Private committal services will be held at a later date. Visitation will be held on Saturday at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until time of services.
Mom and Dad are asking that those attending Alli’s celebration of her life please wear bright happy colors. Both John and Libby and Alli too would love that.
