Edith E. Doyle, 78, of Burlington, died Sept. 29, 2012, at Geneva Lake Manor. She was born on March 29, 1934, in Milwaukee, to the late Frank J. and Edith B. (nee Andreis) Roth.
She spent her early life and received her education in Milwaukee.
She had been a resident of Burlington since 1972 and had worked at Nestlé in Burlington for 13 years.
She was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Lyons. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, collecting snowmen and reading.
Survivors include her son, Jeff; brothers, Frank and Bob Roth.
A memorial mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 5, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 1540 Mill St., Lyons. The Rev. John Baumgartner will officiate. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at the church on Friday.
Memorials to St. Joseph’s Catholic Church are suggested.
