Frank J., Peternell, Jr., 67, died April 20, 2012, at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee with family by his side.
He was born in Milwaukee Nov. 29, 1944, to the late Frank and Gertrude (Zoren) Peternell Sr.
He married Sandra L. Buss on Oct. 1, 1966, in Milwaukee. They lived in Greenfield until moving to Waterford in 1976. He was a member of the Milwaukee Sport Riders motorcycle club, and an avid Classic Car Buff and collector who loved to attend classic car shows.
Survivors include his wife: children, Brandt (Lori) Peternell and Colleen (Karl) Goetzke; grandchildren, Breanna, Bethany, Kristen and Katie; sister, Nancy (Rich) Boser; nephew, Allen Boser; niece, Robin (Vinnie) Blaeschke; great-niece, Meagan; other relatives and friends.
Per family’s wishes, Frank will take his last ride in his classic 55 Chevy to Wisconsin Memorial Park Cemetery for private family inurnment services. Mealy Funeral Home, Waterford, is serving the family.
In lieu of floral expressions of sympathy, family asks that donations be made to Aurora Health Care Foundation for maintaining the Healing Garden at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee.
