Jacob D. Brehm, 22, New Berlin, died March 16, 2012, at his home. He was born April 26, 1989, to David and Tina (Skinner) Brehm in Burlington. He spent his early life in Burlington attending Burlington High School.
He enjoyed listening to music, cooking, the outdoors, riding his bike, hunting and fishing.
Survivors include his father, David (Lisa) Brehm; mother, Tina (Ted) Dubinsky; grandparents, William and Thelma Brehm; sister, Jennifer (Dana Moore) Brehm; stepbrother, Tyler Gagnon; half-sister, Serra Brehm; stepbrother, Brian Dubinsky; stepsister, Katie (Kevin) Rice; aunts, Debbie Gutowski, Sondra (Billy) Sweet, Linda Brehm; and uncle, Doug (Kim) Brehm; many cousins; relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Barbara Skinner; aunts, Patti (Roy) Skrobis and LouAnn Brehm; an uncle, Brian Gutowski.
Visitation is Saturday, March 24, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with services at 2 p.m., at Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home, 615 Browns Lake Drive, Burlington, with Fr. Robert Kacalo officiating. A private burial will take place at St. Charles.
In lieu of flowers the family has suggested memorials be made to Partners2, 400 McCanna Parkway, Burlington, WI 53105.

RIP Brehm.. Like I said befor ive always considered you a friend and still do!! My prayers goes out to the Brehm’s and all of jakes friends.. you will always hold a place in our hearts.
