Rita M. Hausner-Bennett, 79, Minocqua, formerly Winter Haven, Fla., died Jan. 21, 2012.
She was born Aug. 17, 1932, in Chicago, to the late Clarence and Alberta (Byden) Rabe.
She had worked for Holiday Inn Hotels and Resorts, as the accountant for the Southeastern United States. She had resided in Wisconsin for the past nine years. She was a kind and loving Christian, whose greatest joy in life was her family.
Survivors include her sons, Steve (Christine aka Buns) Hausner and Tom (Deann) Hausner; sisters, Jean (Jerry) Brittain and Dorothy Anderson; grandchildren, Matthew, Adam, Ryan, Amanda, Ferenc, and Brandon; great-grandchildren, Clark, Oliver and George; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
A local private service will be held for the immediate family and a memorial service will be at a later date in Winter Haven. Bolger Funeral and Cremation Services, Minocqua, is serving the family.
