ROBERT J. STORM

Robert John Storm, 87, Waterford, died June 18, 2012. He was born May 11, 1925.

He married Gertrude Hancock in 1944. She preceded him in death in 2001. He spent all of his life in the town of Norway where he was a farmer and a milk hauler; he started at the age of 14 and retired at the age of 80. He loved talking with all the farmers and getting all the latest news.

On May 31, 2002, he married Darlene Blawat.

Survivors include his sons, Gerald (Diana), Robert Jr. (Joanna), and Gregory (Tammy); daughters, Sharon (Larry) Nelson, and Gayle (Robert) Castellion; stepchildren, Dennis (Laurie) Blawat, Corrie (Dawn) Blawat, Wendy (Bill) Belongia and Brian (Christine) Blawat; 27 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and his faithful companion Jack.

He was further preceded in death by his son, Gary; brother, Russell; and sisters, Beverly Storm, Eleanor (Norbert) Buse, and Dorothy (William) Niederer.

Visitation is Saturday, June 23, from 11 a.m., until time of services at 1:30 p.m., at St. Peters Lutheran Church, 145 S. 6th St., Waterford. The Rev. Frederick Bischoff will officiate. Burial will follow in St. Peters Cemetery. Schuette-Daniels Family Funeral Home, Burlington, is assisting the family.

Memorials have been suggested to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
