Shirley Ann Lois, 49, Salem, died June 3, 2012 at her sister Arlene’s home. Shirley was born on June 28, 1962, in Burlington, to the late Alvin and Vera (Bodden) Lois. She was a lifetime resident of the Burlington area and attended Sunny Grove School.
Survivors include her siblings, Jim (Marge) Lois, Lyons, Alvin (Sandy) Lois, Burlington, Glenn (Jeanne) Lois, Burlington, Carole (fiancé Ron Gross) Allan, Racine, Arlene (Charles) Weyrauch, Salem, Alice (David) Ludwig, Burlington, Florence Lampley, Bristol, Ralph (Cindy) Lois, Burlington, Harold (Patricia) Lois, Burlington, Nancy (Galo) Shepherd, Prescott Valley, Ariz., Ronald (Emily) Lois. Waddy, Ken., Dave (Elizabeth) Lois. Salem, Patricia (Ernie) Booth, Waukegan, Ill., Ruth (Alan) Bertelson, Burlington, Claude (Barbara) Lois, Burlington, and Kenneth (Penni) Lois, Burlington; two half sisters, Mildred (Russ) Miller, Twin Lakes, and Mary Ann (Carl) Pirk, Burlington; a half brother, Marcy (Mary) Lois, Burlington; nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends.
She was further preceded in death by brothers, Mark Lois and Marvin Lois Sr.
Visitation is Wednesday, June 6, from 5-7:30 p.m., with services at 8 p.m., at Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home, 625 Browns Lake Drive, Burlington. Private burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
