William “Bill” H. Schulz, 70, Burlington, died Nov. 14, 2012, at Aurora VNA Zilber Family Hospice in Wauwatosa.
He was born Aug. 19, 1942, in Burlington, to the late Harold and Eva (Baumgart) Schulz. He spent his early life in Rochester, attending Rochester Ag School and graduating from Waterford High School.
On June 27, 1964, at St. Peters Lutheran Church in Waterford, he married Patricia Wilson. Following marriage they made their home in Burlington.
He retired from Reineman’s True Value and for many years had delivered the Hi-Liter paper. He was a 25-year member of the Town of Burlington Fire Department and loved fishing and hunting.
Survivors include his wife; children, Mark (Kerstin) Schulz, Kim Lind; grandchildren, Christopher and Paige Lind, Madison, Sadie, Reese and Carter Schulz; a great-grandchild on the way; siblings, Virginia Harrison, Richard (Janice) Schulz, James Schulz; sisters-in-law, Marianne Akers, Barbara (Laurence) Bellach; nieces; nephews; dear friends, Steve and Cindi Rausch; other relatives and friends.
He was further preceded in death by his granddaughter, Alexandra Schulz, sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Susie and Wendall Fell, and brother-in-law, Clyde Akers.
Funeral services were Nov. 17, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Lake Geneva. The Rev. Mark Moller-Gunderson officiated. Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home, Burlington, served the family.
