Alberta R. Kusyn, (Huber, nee Wadsworth), 94, died Oct. 23, 2013, at Rennes Health & Rehab, in Rhinelander. She formerly lived in Minocqua and Kansasville.
She was born in Kenosha on Jan. 30, 1919, to the late Fred and Rose (McNamara) Wadsworth. She was the youngest of five children.
She was employed as head of the X-ray department at Kenosha Memorial Hospital, retiring in 1981 after 30 years.
Survivors include her children, Jane (Chuck) Lumley, Eagle River, Rick (Rita) Huber, Apple Valley, Minn.; grandchildren, Christine Krueger, Phillips, Scott (Bella) Huber, Minneapolis, Michael and Tommie Huber, Kenosha; great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
She was well loved and will be dearly missed.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Michael Huber on May 18, 1952; her son, Thomas Huber on Feb. 7, 1981; her husband, George Kusyn on Feb. 1, 2008; and her sisters, Esther Martin, Lona Brefeld, Florence Rauen and Vera Williams.
Services for Alberta are Saturday, Nov. 2, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 23211 Church Road, Kansasville, at 11 a.m. Visitation for family and friends is Saturday at 11 a.m., at St. Mary’s. Burial will be private. Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home & Crematory, Burlington, is serving the family.
