Donald Wright Box, Waterford, 94, died Aug. 28, 2013, at Waukesha Memorial Hospital. He grew up in the Waterford area, where he met the love of his life Loraine Schuerman. They got married April 19, 1941, and earlier this year celebrated 72 years together. They had three wonderful children and adoring grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was a hard worker. The majority of his working life was in sales at Trent Tube Co. He was with that company for 35 years. After retirement he got to spend quality time with his growing family and to really enjoy his hobbies, including woodworking, fishing, golfing, and snowmobiling. He was a member at St. Clare Catholic Church for 18 years.
Survivors include his wife; children, Pat (John) Rossmiller, North Prairie, Karen (Dan) Scheel, Mukwonago; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his son and daughter-in-law, Ken and Ellie Box.
A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Aug. 31, at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Waterford with Father Jean Doda officiating. Burial services were private. Integrity Funeral Services, Waterford, served the family.
