Gary J. St. John, 67, died Aug. 11, 2013, with his family by his side. He was born March 15, 1946, in Escanaba, Mich.
He attended Bark River High School in Bark River, Mich. Afterward he continued schooling in Michigan at the Marquette University aspiring to work in the auto body industry.
He went on to serve his country in the National Guard from 1966-1970. In 1970 he moved to Burlington, shortly after he met the love on his life, Connie Meingast. In 1972 they got married. Gary started a long career with Case New Holland Tractors, in Racine. He retired after 30 years of service.
Survivors include his wife; children, Keith St. John and Karen (Mark) Graham; a grandson, Brandon Graham; and a sister, Sherry Hughes.
A celebration of Gary’s life is Saturday, Aug. 17, at Veteran’s Terrace, 589 Milwaukee Ave., Burlington. Relatives and friends may visit with the family from 10:30 a.m. to noon.
