Jill (Lindquist) Bartz, 66, Muskego, died peacefully Jan. 30, 2013. She was born Sept. 4, 1946, in Melby, Minn., to the late Hubert and Eunice (Wahlin) Lindquist.
She married Dennis Bartz on July 12, 1991.
Survivors include her children, Wendy (Mike) Schaid, William Ersbo, Chris (Jenny) Ersbo, Jennifer (Geoff) Morris, Kelly (David) Navarro; 15 grandchildren; her brother, Jon (Pat) Lindquist; sister, Jeri Lindquist; other reletives and friends.
She was further preceded in death by brothers-in law, Michael Bartz and Tim Bartz.
Her gifts were too many to list but included interior designer specializing in custom window treatments, seamstress, designer of custom purses and women’s accessories, maker of many, many baby blankets and beautiful things, life of the party, proud, loving grandmother and beloved friend to so many. Her generous spirit and selfless heart were felt by all who knew her.
She enjoyed serving the Food Pantry of Community United Methodist Church and the TLC women’s shelter in Burlington.
Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all – Proverbs 31:29.
Visitation is Saturday, Feb. 9, from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m., with funeral services at 4:30 p.m., at Community UMC, 455 S. Jefferson St., Waterford. The Rev. Markus Wegenast will officiate. Integrity Funeral Services, Waterford, is serving the family.
