Nina W. Ball, 85, Union Grove, died peacefully at home on Jan. 15, 2013. She was born March 29, 1927, in Taego City, South Korea.
On Feb. 13, 1961, she married Earl ‘Bud’ Ball in Seoul, South Korea. Following marriage they resided in the Union Grove area where they farmed together. He preceded her in death on May 20, 2010.
She enjoyed gardening, cooking and especially spending time with her friends and family.
Survivors include her daughters, Linda (Darrell) Masters, Union Grove, Susan Ball, Union Grove, Bonnie (Jim) Detert, North Fond du Lac; grandchildren, Jennifer (Kris Peterson) Masters, Emilie Masters-Eisenbart, Damien (Crystal Demant) Rushing, Nathan Rushing, Shane Rushing, Alicia Rushing, Kristin (Patrick) Copps, Kayla Detert and Joshua Detert; great-grandchild, Ariannah Thomas; brother-in-law, Eugene (Nancy) Ball; sister-in-law, Gloria Gergen; nieces and nephews.
A private inurnment will take place at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Union Grove. Polnasek-Daniels Funeral Home & Crematory, Union Grove, is serving the family.
