ORINNE K. SKAGGS

Orinne Kay Skaggs, 76,  died peacefully at her residence on Oct. 31, 2013, surrounded by her family. She was born April 5, 1937, to the late Oray and Virginia (Pletcher) Wang in Grand Rapids, Minn. She enjoyed her life in Racine, Kansasville, Babcock and Burlington. She was a wonderful mother of five, a ‘mom’ to many neighborhood kids, and was loved by everyone she met. Survivors include her son, Rick (Barbara) Stich, Nekoosa; daughters, Mardell (Geof) Cook and Karleen (Duane) Winkelman, both Burlington, and April Froelich, Sturtevant; many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; family and friends. She was further preceded in death by her husband James Skaggs, daughter Robyn R. Skaggs, and siblings Denyce A Stich and Robert ‘Buzzy’ Wang. The family would like to thank Dr. Rein, Dr. Haider, Dr. Wong and their staff for all they did to help mom through her journey. A special thanks to four angels, Beth, Tammy, Sandy and her ‘Granny Nanny’ Rachael.
