“Grampa” Kendall worked many years with my late father, Robert J. Holmberg on the B.P.D. and w a good friend to him and to us, his family. He had an excellent wry sense of humor and hilariously retold stories about his experiences in police work and life in general. We will miss him. The family sends our condolences to Grampa’s family and friends.
