Thomas M. Steckling, 59, Burlington, died June 19, 2013, surrounded by his family. He was born June 10, 1954, to Charles and Jane (Mueller) Steckling.
He married the love of his life, Vivette Rantzow and together they raised two children.
He enjoyed bowling. He considered himself to be a sportsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing and participating in other sporting events.
Survivors include his wife, Vivette; children, Rochele (Brian) Drew, Charisse Steckling; grandchildren, Landon and Harper; mother, Jane Steckling; siblings, Sheryl Steingraber, Jeffery (Becky) Steckling; nieces; nephews; other family members, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father; parents-in-law, Vivian and Norman Rantzow.
Private family services were held. Miller-Reesman, Kasuboski, Haas, and Dahl Funeral Home, Union Grove, served the family.
